Exchanges and returns

Our priority is for you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, if you have questions about the product or prefer a different model or size, you have 7 business days from the delivery date to exchange it.

Products with discounts and/or promotions cannot be exchanged.

We do not make returns.

General Conditions:

1. The product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use.

2. You can make your refund request using one of the following options:

  • Bring the product to one of our physical stores at TIENDA DASSO (Calle Miguel Dasso 200, San Isidro) or TIENDA EL POLO (CC El Polo Av. El Polo 706. Tienda B-130, 131 Surco).
  • Or request the change online by sending an email to info@clairedelune.com.pe , or by writing to us at Whatsapp 947429992, and indicate your Order Number, the reason for the change (model, size, etc.) and leave a contact phone number.

3. We do not charge for the new shipment.

4. If you made your request online, the exchange will be processed within a maximum of 3 days. If you went to a physical store, the exchange is immediate.
