How long does delivery take?

  • Regular Shipping (Metropolitan Lima): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery Express (Lima Metropolitan Area). Same-day delivery. Valid for purchases from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Call 947429992).

What payment methods do you accept?

On the Web:

We work with Mercado Pago, Culqi, and PayPal payment gateways; we accept all major debit and credit cards, Cash Payment, Yape, and PayPal, all securely.

In Physical Stores:

All payment methods: Cash (solenoids), dollars, and all types of debit and credit cards.

If I buy online and want to exchange something, can I do it in a physical store?

Yes, changes are made in physical stores.

Do the discounted products I purchased have an exchange or return option?

No, discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned, whether purchased online or in a physical store.

What is the washing and drying method for pajamas?

Because pajamas are made of soft, natural, long-staple cotton, they should be washed in cold water to maintain their characteristics; they should also be avoided in the dryer.

Can I purchase without registering?

Yes, we offer you the option to purchase if you have not registered on our website.
