Shipping time and costs
SHIPPING DATA:
The customer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to ensure correct and timely delivery of the products to the shipping address.
If there is an error in the address, your product may not arrive on the specified date. If you wish to change the address, please email info@clairedelune.com.pe to discuss the feasibility.
DELIVERY PRICE AND COVERAGE:
We ship to Lima and surrounding provinces and offer flat-rate shipping.
Delivery to Metropolitan Lima: 15 soles, 3 to 5 business days.
Lima Metropolitan Area EXPRESS Delivery : 20 soles. Delivery on the same day of the order. Valid for purchases from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Mon. to Fri.
It includes: Cercado, San Luis, Breña, La Victoria, Rimac, Lince, San Miguel, Jesus Maria, Magdalena, Pueblo Libre, Barranco, Miraflores, Surco, San Borja, Surquillo, San Isidro, Chorrillos.
Delivery Provinces: (All provinces): 50 soles, up to 7 business days.
FREE – STORE PICKUP
At the time of purchase, if you select “Pick up in store,” you must select the store where you will pick up your purchase: DASSO STORE (Miguel Dasso Street 200, San Isidro) or EL POLO STORE (El Polo Shopping Center, El Polo Avenue 706. Store B-130, 131 Surco).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. Please note that, depending on your country's customs regulations, some delays may occur. For any additional questions, please contact us at +51 998 270 328.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to process your delivery. Delivery times are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you'd like to schedule your order for a specific day or time, please indicate this in your order notes or email us at info@clairedelune.com.pe to request it.
If the product is received by a third party (family, reception, etc.) and they confirm delivery, we will understand that the product was received satisfactorily.
If delivery cannot be made for any reason, the purchase will be returned to our office and we will arrange a new delivery free of charge.
SENDING SALES RECEIPT
All tickets are sent online to the email address registered with the order. If you don't receive yours, please contact info@clairedelune.com.pe so we can resend it.
